Health & Fitness assessment


This is the main assessment, the equivalent of an MOT for the body, including all of the following:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index
  • Blood Pressure
  • Lung Function
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Aerobic Fitness Test
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Core Endurance
  • Flexibility

Nutritional Assessment

This four page questionnaire looks at many elements of your current nutritional status. From here any catastrophes or gaps in the diet can be corrected. The perfect starting place.
