but I find many people lack time, knowledge and motivation to achieve the
results they want. Following the same old routine or working incorrectly
often means no results and a cancelled gym membership.

I remove any barriers to exercise applying safe techniques and sound advice on exercise, lifestyle and nutrition. I apply a fresh approach to training sessions based on years experience to ensure results come fast. Even the busiest people can fit an hour or two into a week and the motivation & support I provide give renewed focus.
I work from afully equipped private gym in Charminster dedicated exclusively to 1-2-1 and group sessions. This means there are no distractions, no gym monkeys, just fun focused training.
