Tour the Studio

The Studio works purely on a private basis for the ultimate in focused
workouts. There is plenty of equipment to choose from including a range of
cardiovascular and resistance equipment. As you can see there is room for
group sessions if required.



The Treatment Room

Available for Sports & Remedial Massage therapy, as well as a private
Clinical Psychology and other consultations
