This programme of tried and tested effective methods and techniques has been specially designed using my years of military and fitness training and expertise to help you obtain great results in a short period of time.
The 30 Minutes to Perfection Programme is ideal for those with work or family commitments which leave little time to train. The programme consists of four intensively focused sessions, each targeting a different body part and simultaneously providing a CV workout to help you achieve your goal.
Price: £60 per week (equivalent to just £15 a session)
